With a constantly expanding community that exceeds 35,000 members, of which more than 3,500 are fully validated talents, Seeds faced a dual challenge: perfecting its matchmaking algorithm to precisely connect companies with the right talent, and streamlining the validation of new candidates through the development of an efficient CV screening system.
