In response to this challenge, Collective AI developed an innovative solution: a WebSocket server designed for real-time streaming of an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system, tailored to ConverseNow's needs. This ASR, built on a ConformerCTC developed by Nvidia NeMo and fine-tuned using real conversation data, also includes features such as re-scoring based on domain-specific language (hotwords), streaming of partial and final predictions, and filtering with Voice Activity Detection (VAD).
